At 5:5, you can shop in various ways. The effortless route is to browse via the drop-down navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find links to products, designers and departments. If you know what you are looking for, the search box at the top right will come in handy.
When you have set your eyes on a desired item, simply select your preferred size and quantity before you click ‘Add to Cart’. You can continue shopping and fill more items to your cart, or you can proceed to checkout.
Our checkout is speedy and straightforward. Give your credit card a workout by selecting your payment method at the payment section (we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal).
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledgement before we initiate our validation process. You will have your goods in no time when everything checks out.
Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order we ship out is authorised by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you immediately to ensure that any delays are minimal.
We like to be accommodating, hence, we offer these options to put your payment through: Visa, MasterCard and American Express (via Stripe). You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to FIVEFIVE.KR.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Returning an item is fuss-free. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you decided to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address at no charge.
Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; however, you may be liable for extra costs if you are based outside of Singapore. Please ensure that your items are returned in pristine condition and with all 5:5 and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Email us at email@example.com if you have any further enquiries.
Returned items must adhere to our returns policy:
- Your returned item must arrive to 5:5 no later than 14 days after you receive the order. Order for refunds that are any later than the stipulated duration will not be accepted;
- We can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs;
- Once your return has been received by 5:5 and it conforms with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method;
- We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging;
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;
- We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit;
- Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping when using our complimentary collections service.
If you would like to exchange your purchases, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a refund for the original item, excluding the original cost of shipping, according to our returns policy.
We will refund you by your original payment method once we have received your item. Please note that payments can take up to 14 working days to process. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
